Slowly smoked sliced beef brisket that’s tender, juicy and served in our homemade beef sauce.

 

3. CHICKEN TENDERS

A mighty generous portion of fried chicken tenderloins.

 

4. SMOKEHOUSE COMBO

Three smokehouse favorites, chopped pork, quarter chicken and baby back ribs.

 

5. SOUTH-OF-THE-BORDER CHICKEN BREAST

Mesquite grilled chicken breast topped with sautéed onions, mushrooms, then smothered with melted Monterey jack cheese.

 

6. HALF RACK OF BABY BACK RIBS

A hunger-bustin’ serving of smoked meaty babyback ribs.
